Delivery

Once an order has been placed on our website, you will receive a confirmation email in regards to your order and/or delivery

Delivery is available 7 days a week and orders are delivered anytime between 10.00am and 3.00pm (unless a specific time is negotiated upon making the order)

Please ensure someone is available to collect your order upon delivery. When purchasing your order upon checkout, you will need to confirm before proceeding if no one is available to collect your order, your order will be left at the front door in a safe location and it is your responsibility to notify the person their order has been delivered at their door. We will not be liable for this.

Pick up

All orders are piped and packaged fresh each morning, ready for collection from 10.00am every day unless a specific time is negotiated upon purchasing your order or please give us 24 hours notice so we will ensure your order will be ready as requested.

Payment 

Full payment is required for all orders and the payment amount is outlined on your invoice upon purchasing your order.

Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order, however no refunds are given within 48 hours. Transcaton fees may apply when receiving a refund.
